Local artist and designer Paul Gallo has been clothing and costuming people in the bay area for 10 years. His line of menswear called gallofornia is 6 years old and is available in local boutiques and on line at fabric8.com, a site for designers and musicians in San Francisco. His illustrations have become a line of t-shirts so that art is easily available to everyone. Paul costumed the film, Ripen, which premiered in Los Angeles in January 2002. He also costumed the Theater Rhino production, For Colored Boys..., based on the poetry of Marvin White in the spring of 2001. Paul Gallo is currently working on costuming the production for the Traveling Jewish Theater called, Solomon s Song of Songs, Scheduled to Preview April 11th, 2002.
