The Remembering Our Dead project, founded in 1998, serves to help our community to never forget those we have lost due to anti-transgender violence or prejudice. For the first time, a static display relating to the Remembering Our Dead project will be unveiled

Some may think that “Some Kind of Queer” — a celebration — is an odd place to discuss the issue. Nevertheless, it is important to remember those who are not with us, and are not able to join in our celebration.

Take a moment during the party to stop in, reflect, and consider those we’ve lost.
